We offer high-precision CNC machining services on the most advanced machines, including a 5-axis machining center, a 4-axis machining center, as well as horizontal and vertical milling machines (3-axis). This advanced equipment allows for the production of complex parts with high precision and repeatability, crucial for various industrial applications. We process a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and plastic, ensuring excellent finishing and customization to specific project needs.
Horizontal milling machines handle components with maximum dimensions up to 4000x2000x1200 mm. This type of milling allows efficient processing of larger and heavier workpieces, offering high stability and precision. Horizontal milling machines are ideal for machining large parts such as structural components, housings, and more complex assemblies, enabling multi-directional machining without re-positioning the workpiece. Vertical milling machines handle parts with maximum dimensions 1000x900x970 mm. Vertical milling machines are suitable for creating smaller to medium-sized parts with high precision, allowing quick setup and machining in various sectors such as tools, molds, and other precision components.
We offer turning or threading services for components with dimensions up to ⌀ 400×1000 mm (diameter and length).
