We offer sheet metal bending services on press brakes of various capacities, allowing for high precision and flexibility in operations. Maximum bending dimensions we can perform are up to 6000 mm length and 6 mm thickness, ideal for standard metalworking industry operations. Machines operate under pressure up to 720 tons, enabling bending even the hardest materials without compromising the quality of the end product.
In addition to standard sheet metal bending, we also provide tube bending services up to ⌀ 50, ensuring a complete service for tubular and pipe constructions. Advanced technologies allow for high-precision bending without material damage.
Additionally, we perform circular (radial) sheet metal bending on rolls for maximum thickness up to 60 mm and width 2500 mm, particularly useful for creating cylindrical or curved metal components. We also offer roll-forming services for cold forming profiles according to DIN EN 10162 and DIN EN 10268 standards, using steel sheets according to DIN EN 10346 and alloyed aluminum, ensuring high precision, consistency, and adaptability in manufacturing specific profiles for various industrial applications.
